Rentals
The manager and management office of the Nautilus does not rent or sell condos in the building. Sales and rental are by private owners or their real estate agents. The office in the building is not a rental office.
Renters who have problems should contact their rental agent or the owner of the individual condo unit.
Resale Certificate Estoppel
Estoppel Requests
An Estoppel Certificate required when selling a condominium in Florida should be requested from the Manager of the Nautilus Management Corp., via email at Manager@Nautiluscondo.com, by phone, (386) 439-5093, or in person at 3580 Oceanshore Blvd., Flagler Beach, FL 32136.
Fees are $250 for preparing the certificate, an additional $100 for expedited certificates (within three days) and additional $150 if delinquent money is owed.
